Oh and another thing.....what about those automated phone voices you get when you call a big company to ask questions? It seems they never have the answer to any question I have. After listening to "push one for questions about your account" etc, I always wait to hear the number I'm supposed to push for my question. But pretty soon the messages end, and I have to start over and listen again to see if my question kinda fits in a category of their making. If I just randomly hit a number button hoping to get a real live person to talk to, another recorded menu starts up. Those things drive me nuts! The cost of that automated system to save money, couldn't possibly be cost effective.....because I almost always have to finally wait for an operator to get my questions answered.....and by that time I'm pretty frustrated and about half mad. Yes there is more to come......!
